Bucknell Women's Swimming and Diving Leads Patriot League with 24 Academic Honor Roll Selections

LEWISBURG, Pa. - The Bucknell women's swimming and diving team led the Patriot League with 24 student-athletes named to the Academic Honor Roll, it was announced Wednesday. It is the sixth consecutive year the Bison have topped the league as they accounted for nearly 25 percent of the 107 student-athletes cited across the league's eight teams.
To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average during the semester in which his/her sport competes.
Four of Bucknell's five All-League selections were honored with spots on the Academic Honor Roll as Molly Goebel, Macey Keath, Kelly Pontecorvo and Elizabeth Porcellio were recognized.
Better than 85 percent of the Bucknell roster was cited as 24 of the 28 Bison on the roster earned spots on the Academic Honor Roll.
