Bucknell Men's Tennis Places Five on Patriot League Academic Honor Roll

LEWISBURG, Pa. - The Bucknell men's tennis team had five student-athletes named to the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, the league office announced Tuesday. Among the Bison recognized was Second Team All-Patriot League selection Mark Malloy.
To be eligible for the Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must earn a 3.20 grade-point average in the spring semester and be awarded a varsity letter in one of the Patriot League's six winter or 10 spring championship sports.
In addition to Malloy, senior captains Daniel Bednarek and Ryan Sandburg were named to the Academic Honor Roll. Clark Bogle and Anton Kovic rounded out the Bison cited by the league. A total of 33 men's tennis student-athletes across the Patriot League were named to the Academic Honor Roll. Colgate led the way with eight honorees.
