Bucknell Softball at Elon's Golden Corral Classic Cancelled

LEWISBURG, Pa. - The Bucknell softball team has an unexpected weekend off as both days of the Golden Corral Classic in Elon, N.C., have been cancelled due to weather. The Bison (5-5) were expected to play Elon and Kent State on Saturday, Feb. 28 and Sunday, March 1. The games will not be rescheduled.

With the cancellation, Bucknell's next action will come in Kissimmee, Fla., for the Rebel Spring Games. The team will play 10 games against Penn, Yale, Sacred Heart, IPFW, Buffalo, Robert Morris, Columbia, Bryant and Butler beginning Sunday, March 8.
