About Robert Morris

About Last Weekend
- On Friday night at Varsity Soccer Field, Bucknell defeated Temple in dramatic fashion, winning 1-0 on Christa Matlack's goal with only 29 seconds remaining in regulation. Until that point it had been a frustrating night for the Bison, who outshot the Owls 24-5, including 13-0 in a dominant second half. But they could not get one in the net until Temple keeper Kara Williams gambled by coming out on a free ball to the right of the penalty box area, and Matlack beat her to the ball and curled it just inside the right post for the winning tally.
- It looked for awhile as if the momentum from Friday night's win carried over into Sunday's home game with Loyola (Md.), as Matlack and Jennifer Dervarics both scored in the first half to stake Bucknell to a 2-0 lead. But the Greyhounds rallied, scoring once before halftime and again in the 80th minute to gain a 2-2 tie.
