Mission Statement of the Program:

Our mission as the Bucknell Swimming and Diving team is to provide an environment that allows our student-athletes to grow and develop as individuals and fulfill their full potential both in the classroom and in the pool.

Vision Statement:

Our goal is to build one of the premier programs in the East and return Bucknell to a position of prominence on the national scene.

This measure is defined as regularly competing for Patriot League Conference Titles while having our student-athletes compete at the highest levels in our sport including USA Swimming Nationals, Olympic Trials, and NCAA Division I Nationals.
