Bucknell Field Hockey Game Against Monmouth Cancelled

Lewisburg - The Bucknell field hockey game scheduled for Saturday against Monmouth in New Jersey will be cancelled due to the remnants of Tropical Storm Ernesto. The match will not be rescheduled.
The Bison opened their 2006 campaign last week against Robert Morris winning 5-0. The Orange and Blue went on the road to Saint Francis (Pa.) earlier this week and won 10-2. Senior Katie Urosevich (Lewisburg, Pa./Lewisburg) leads the team in goals and points with three and seven, respectively, while senior Anne Lutz (Allentown, Pa./William Allen) and sophomore Amanda Faust (Kingston, Pa./Wyoming Valley) lead the squad in assists with 3 apiece.
The Bison will return to action at Towson on September 6th at 7 p.m.
