LEWISBURG, Pa. - The 2005 Patriot League Champion Bucknell women's soccer team will gather as a team on Monday, Nov. 7, to watch the NCAA Selection Show in Sojka Pavilion.
The Bison will learn their NCAA tournament destiny together as a squad in room P207 on the concourse in Sojka as the Division I Women's Soccer Selection Announcement will be broadcast live on ESPNews at 5 p.m.
By virtue of its 3-1 victory over Army in the Patriot League Championship game on Sunday, Bucknell earned the League's automatic bid into the NCAA tournament. In 2001 after defeating Navy by a 2-1 margin to capture the Patriot League title, Bucknell drew Penn State in the NCAA bracket and fell to the Nittany Lions, 3-1, in first round action.
The Bison currently hold a record of 11-8-1 and will next play in the first round of the NCAA Tournament on Friday, Nov. 11.
