Reminder: Bucknell Women's Basketball Game with Fairleigh Dickinson Moved to January 17

LEWISBURG, Pa. - As a reminder, the Bucknell women's basketball game against Fairleigh Dickinson, originally scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 5, at Sojka Pavilion, was moved to Monday, Jan. 17, as announced on Dec. 3. The game will still tip off at 7 p.m. at Sojka.
The non-league game between the Bison and Knights was moved to accommodate another schedule change for Fairleigh Dickinson that was mandated by its conference office.
Bucknell holds a 2-0 edge over the Knights in the all-time series. The Bison won by a slim 73-71 margin in 1987 and defeated FDU 67-65 on the road last year.
Bucknell (5-7), coming off a 90-66 victory over Iona Monday night, travels to Holy Cross (5-8) for its Patriot League opener Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m.. The Bison defeated the Crusaders twice in three meetings last year. Holy Cross lost to No. 2 Duke, 101-42, Tuesday night.
