Bucknell Women's Soccer to Host Run, Walk, & Bike for Humanity

LEWISBURG, Pa. - The Bucknell women's soccer team will host "Run, Walk, & Bike For Humanity," a fundraiser for Habitat for Humanity and the Bucknell women's soccer team, on Wednesday, Jan. 28, from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. at Bucknell's Gerhard Fieldhouse.
Each participant will either run, walk, or bike for up to an hour, raising dollars for his or her efforts. The Bucknell community is welcome to participate and compete for door prizes as well as prizes for those individuals who cover the greatest distance over their hour. Thus far, the event has raised $5,000 that will be shared by the two organizations.
Donations will be accepted at the Run, Walk, & Bike for Humanity table in the Elaine Langone Center and at the Gerhard Fieldhouse on the day of the event. No donation will be necessary for those who just want to exercise for the cause. We hope to see you there.
