Bucknell Field Hockey Game Versus Drexel Cancelled

Lewisburg, Pa. - The field hockey game originally scheduled for 5 p.m. on Tuesday, September 2, against Drexel on the Bucknell campus will be cancelled, due to construction delays on Bucknell's new artificial turf facility. The game will not be made up, as no mutual alternative date could be found between the two schools' itineraries.

Bucknell defeated Siena 1-0 on Saturday, August 30, in its season opener and will play again on Saturday, September 6 at Colgate followed by a Sunday, September 14 date at Monmouth. The Bison's next home game is scheduled for Saturday, September 20 versus Holy Cross.
