ABOUT THIS AFTERNOON'S GAME: This afternoon's contest pits the top-seeded Bison against #4 Lehigh. The two team's played to a 2-2 draw during the regular season.
Bucknell carries an 11-6-2 overall record into today's game, and the squad is hosting the Patriot League tournament for the first time since 1990.
Lehigh comes into the game with a mark of 8-3-7. Despite losing only three times, the Mountain Hawks have set a league record with seven draws, including a 2-2 tie with the Orange and Blue on October 18.
ABOUT THE LEHIGH SERIES: Bucknell and Lehigh have met 44 times since the series began in 1960. The Bison hold a slight 19-19-6 edge in the series.
The Mountain Hawks have made the series as close as it is in the last six years, winning every meeting except this season's since the 1996 season. Bucknell's last win came in 1995, a 2-1 victory in Lewisburg.
Lehigh has dominated the series during the Patriot League years (1990-present), taking 10 of the 15 games played. Bucknell won three of those games, and two ended in a tie.
