Bucknell Men's Soccer Game to be Aired on WMLP-1380 AM and Bison Internet

LEWISBURG, Pa. - The Bucknell men's soccer game against American on Sunday, October 26, will be broadcast live on the Bison Sports Network on WMLP-1380AM and over the internet at www.BucknellBison.com. Action will be called by the "Voice of the Bison" Doug Birdsong, with commentary provided by Bucknell women's soccer head coach Chrissy Findlay.
The men's soccer team carries an 8-6-1 overall record and a mark of 3-0-1 in Patriot League play into the contest against the Eagles. The Bison find themselves in first place in the conference rankings, and a win over American would give the squad at least a three-point lead over the next closest team.
Bucknell and American have met three times since 1996, including twice in the past two years since the Eagles joined the Patriot League. The Orange and Blue are winless against AU in all three tries.
Game time is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. on the West Field. The broadcast will begin 15 minutes prior to the opening kick.
