While at the helm of the Mohawk program, Foulis was the coordinator of all fund raising activities, in addition to developing and implementing the marketing and public relations plan for the team.
During the 1999-2000 season, Foulis served as an assistant coach and the recruiting coordinator for Plattsburgh State University. Before his stint with the Cardinals, he was an assistant coach at the University of Rhode Island for the 1998-99 season.
"I feel that Scott is a quality person and coach, and I know that he understands the commitment and dedication that it takes to be successful at this level," said Fedorjaka. "He is a professional who will be committed and loyal to the program and help us tremendously in our quest for excellence, both academically and athletically, in the Patriot League. I am very happy to have Scott as a member of our Bucknell basketball family."
At Bucknell, Foulis' responsibilities will include full involvement in recruiting prospective student-athletes and scouting upcoming opponents. In addition, he will be primarily responsible for post player development, while assisting in the day-to-day practice regimens. Foulis will also serve as the women's basketball contact for Bucknell's unique Sideline Coaching Program.
