
Bucknell Women's Tennis Drops One at UMBC

BALTIMORE, Md. - The Bucknell women's tennis team traveled to Baltimore, Md. to face the Retrievers of UMBC, falling to the host team, 7-0, on Friday, April 5. The Bison fall to 8-6 overall and return home to host Villanova on Saturday, April 6, and Patriot League rival Army on Sunday, April 7.
Bucknell sophomore Tanya Sichko was the Orange and Blue's biggest threat to win a game, nearly forcing Aimee Lim to a third set in a 3-6, 5-7 loss at No. 5 singles. Sichko teamed up with senior Kristin Inglis to drop a tough 8-5 match at No. 3 doubles.
