Bucknell-Maryland Men's Lax Game to Air on Radio, Internet

LEWISBURG, Pa. - Tuesday afternoon's men's lacrosse game between Bucknell and fifth-ranked Maryland will be broadcast locally on WMLP-AM (1380) radio and worldwide on the Internet at www.BucknellBison.com.
Game time is 3 p.m. in Christy Mathewson-Memorial Stadium. Admission is free.
Doug Birdsong will handle the play-by-play duties as the Bison go in search of their first victory of the season after three losses to nationally ranked teams. Maryland (3-1) will be Bucknell's highest-ranked foe thus far, however, and the Terps are the most touted squad to play in Lewisburg since fifth-ranked Princeton appeared here in the 1991 season opener.
The two teams played a tight game last season, as then-No. 1 Maryland defeated Bucknell 8-4 in Byrd Stadium. Maryland leads the all-time series 3-0.
