Bucknell's Adam Freeman Named Athlete of the Week for Diving

LEWISBURG, Pa. - Bucknell's sophomore diver, Adam Freeman (Barrington, Ill./Barrington) was named Patriot League Men's Diver of the Week on Tuesday, Nov. 12. During the first annual Sprint Invitational, held in the Arthur D. Kinney Jr. Natatorium, Freeman assisted the Bison men to a third-place finish.
Freeman received gold in both the diving competitions during the Bucknell Sprint Invitational on Saturday. Freeman placed first in the one-meter competition with a score of 266.80, topping West Chester's Michael Bergen by 20 points. He recorded on top with 244.20 points in the three-meter dive.
The Bison will start Patriot League competition against American and Navy on Saturday, Nov. 16 in Arthur D. Kinney Jr. Natatorium at 2:00 p.m.
