Bison Football Team to Host 3rd Annual Family FunFest at Christy Mathewson-Memorial Stadium.

LEWISBURG, PA - The Bucknell University football team will host the 3rd Annual Family FunFest on Sunday, April 8 from 1:00 - 3:00 p.m. at Christy Mathewson Memorial Stadium. The event is free and open to the public. Children must be 8th grade or younger and accompanied by an adult.
FunFest is intended to give families the opportunity to meet the Bison players while experiencing college football hands on! The event has attracted record crowds the past two years. Players will conduct activities at different stations on the field, including being timed in the 20 or 40 yard dash, running the obstacle course, busting-a-move on a defender, catching a pass from a Bucknell quarterback, throwing for distance, place-kicking for distance, punting for distance, throwing for accuracy, kicking a field goal, or learning a cheer from the cheerleaders. Fans will also have the opportunity to dawn the radio headsets and "Make the Call."
In addition, families are welcome to tours of the Bison locker room and weight training facility, have their photos taken in a Bison Uniform, enjoy face painting, and have a snack while at the stadium.
