Bucknell Swim Teams Ranked in CollegeSwimming.Com's Latest Mid-Major Rankings

LEWISBURG, Pa. -- Bucknell University's men's and women's swimming & diving teams are ranked 18th and 20th, respectively, in the latest mid-major poll by CollegeSwimming.com.
The ranking is based upon dual meet points and aims to recognize those institutions and conferences that do not benefit from the exposure of finances or television contracts. Institutions from the following conferences are eligible for consideration: America East, Big Sky, Big South, Big West, Colonial, Ivy/EISL, Metro Atlantic, Mid-America, Mid-Continent, Midwest, Mid-Eastern, Missouri Valley, Northeast, Ohio Valley, Patriot, Southern, Sun Belt, Trans America and West Coast.
The Bucknell men are currently 1-2 in dual meet competition and are off the next two weeks for final exams and the holiday period. The women, who are also on hold with finals, are 2-2 in dual meets this season. Both squads will head to Florida for training at the Coral Springs Aquatic Complex from Dec. 29-Jan. 9, and they will compete in the Florida Atlantic University Invitational on Jan. 4.
