Football Drops A Heartbreaker To Colgate, 15-13

HAMILTON, N.Y. (AP) - Lane Schwarzberg kicked a 33-yard field goal with 2:53 remaining to cap a 15-point comeback as Colgate defeated Bucknell, 15-13, on Saturday.
Colgate (7-3, 5-1 Patriot League) got the scoring opportunity when Bucknell punt returner Jerome Acy fumbled and T.J. Smith recovered for the Raiders at the Bison's 22-yard-line.
Three plays later, Schwarzberg hit the game winner.
Bucknell (6-4, 4-2) jumped out to a 13-0 lead in the first half with two field goals from Chris Lundberg and a two-yard run by Jess Brinson.
Tom McCune got the Raiders on the board with 7:06 remaining in the first half with a 24-yard touchdown run.
In the third, McCune threw a two-yard touchdown to Joe Parker to make the score 13-12.
Bucknell quarterback Todd Wenrich was 15-of-32 for 226 yards. McCune finished 11-of-24 for 114 yards and the one touchdown.
