LEWISBURG, Pa. - Liz Tutella's goal with 3:11 remaining in overtime lifted 20th-ranked Holy Cross to a 1-0 victory over Bucknell in a Patriot League field hockey game Saturday afternoon at West Field.
Tutella's goal, off an assist from Cathleen Kerman, came on Holy Cross' seventh shot of overtime and helped the Crusaders improve to 9-1 overall and 4-0 in the Patriot League. Bucknell lost its second straight game to a nationally ranked foe and third straight overall in falling to 5-6, 1-3.
The Bison lost at No. 17 Penn State, 5-1, on Tuesday, a game that was tied 1-1 with just over 12 minutes to play.
