PISCATAWAY, N.J. (AP) - Rutgers held Bucknell to 15 points in the first half as the Scarlet Knights beat the Bison 78-48 Saturday night.
Rashod Kent scored 18 points and grabbed eight rebounds for Rutgers (3-0), while Todd Billet added 15 points and five assists. Eugene Dabney and Jeff Greer each had 12 points.
Bryan Bailey led Bucknell (2-1) with 13 points and three assists. Jack Namvou added seven.
Rutgers never trailed and denied Bucknell a basket for 13:04 in the first half. The Scarlet Knights also led by as much as 30 points in each half.
