Bucknell Falls to Navy in Final Game of Southern Division Championships

ANNAPOLIS, Md. - The Bucknell men's water polo team faced 17th-ranked Navy in its final game of the Southern Division Championships, being held at Navy on Saturday and Sunday, November 4-5. Bucknell took third place in the Championship tournament.
Despite two goals and an assist from senior co-captain Kevin Permisohn (Silver Spring, Md./Springbrook), the Bison could not overcome a five goal second period by the Midshipmen, falling 13-6 to the host team.
With the loss, the Orange and Blue automatically claimed third place in the tournament. Bucknell will go on to the Eastern Championship Tournament, held at Brown University, on Saturday and Sunday, November 18-19.
