BUCKNELL FIELD HOCKEY GAME AGAINST BLOOMSBURG CANCELLED
LEWISBURG, Pa. - The Bucknell field hockey game against Bloomsburg, scheduled for Tuesday, October 31, has been cancelled.
With a win over Fairfield last Saturday, Bucknell earned a berth in the Patriot League tournament, being contested on Friday and Saturday, November 3-4, at Holy Cross. The original dates of the league tournament were slated for November 4-5, but with the change, the Orange and Blue would not be allowed proper time to prepare for the conference championships if they played the game against the Huskies on Tuesday.
The Bison (8-8-2, 3-3 Patriot League) close their regular season with a contest at Georgetown on Saturday, October 28, at 12:00 noon.
