A 2013 graduate of Marietta College where she was a four-year varsity oarswoman, Abigail Klicker joined the Bison women's rowing staff prior to the 2015-16 academic year. She works with both the varsity and novice crews and serves as the program's recruiting coordinator.
The two-time All-MARC rower and three-time CRCA National Scholar-Athlete won two Dad Vail Regatta gold medals with the varsity eight at Marietta. Klicker helped catapult the Pioneers to back-to-back NCAA Division III Championship appearances in 2011 and 2012.
A volunteer coach at Pine-Richland High School in Gibsonia, Pennsylvania, in 2014, Klicker spent the 2014-15 academic year as the head freshman rowing coach at Oakland Catholic High School in Pittsburgh.
A Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, native, Klicker’s degree from Marietta is in political science and studio art and she had the chance to study abroad in multiple countries in the summer of 2012.
