Full name is Jack Curtis Show ... born May 5, 1995 in Scranton, Pa. ... parents are Mike and Val Show ... has five younger siblings: Johanna, Jessie, Madison, Michael and Matthew ... both parents played basketball at Baptist Bible College, and in February 2014 Mike retired after 20 years as head men’s basketball coach there (he remains athletic director) ... 2014 graduate of Abington Heights High School, where he was a four-year letterman and an all-state selection in both basketball and football ... three-year captain in basketball and two-year captain in football ... as a senior was named Pennsylvania “Mr. Basketball” and Gatorade PA Player of the Year ... three-time all-state pick (twice first team, once third team) ... earned four all-league citations, including three first team honors ... school’s all-time leading scorer with 1,950 career points ... scored 42 points against Scranton Prep as a senior ... averaged 18.9 points, 4.2 assists and 3.8 rebounds as a junior and 17.7/4.6/4.8 as a senior ... recorded 27 points and 10 rebounds in the 2014 district final ... team posted a 93-23 record during his career, won three district titles and twice advanced to the PIAA quarterfinals ... played wide receiver, quarterback and defensive back in football and was a two-time third team all-state pick ... three-time all-league selection ... helped lead team to a 35-13 record and district titles in 2010 and 2012 ... selected for 2014 PA East-West All-Star Game ... in 2013 was featured as a MaxPreps/Reebok Top-25 Most Dynamic Athletes.
