Tim Wait came to Bucknell as the administrative coordinator in June 2015. The Palo Alto, California, native has an extensive football background at both Stanford University and Moravian College.
A 2008 graduate of Moravian who served as a student assistant, Wait was an assistant coach at his alma mater for four seasons, from 2011 to 2014. He coached the linebackers for three years and the receivers for one campaign. Additionally, Wait was the program’s recruiting coordinator and was responsible for team travel.
Wait’s first coaching experience came at Stanford, where he was a summer recruiting assistant during college and later spent three years on the staffs of Walt Harris, Jim Harbaugh and David Shaw. In addition to numerous recruiting responsibilities, Wait filmed and edited practice tape for two seasons and ocoordinated all coach recruiting travel.
At Bucknell, Wait is tasked with coordinating all types of team logistics, including key elements such as team travel, video editing and exchange, and assisting with recruiting and camps.
