Update from Head Men's Soccer Coach Dave Brandt -- February 2024

Dear Bucknell Men’s Soccer Alumni, Parents, and Friends:
Greetings from the soccer office at Bucknell. Two “pretty important” things to update all of you on and some other significant updates as well!
First, guys are all back at school now, of course, and in the full swing of classes and spring training for soccer. We are training outside early for now, 7 a.m. before classes start on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and then lifting and running on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. At least for the next few weeks, that will be our schedule.
Additionally, our spring competition schedule is finalized now, though a few start times are yet to be determined:
March 23 @ Lock Haven
March 29 UMBC at home
April 6 Temple at home
April 13 NJIT at home
April 19 Bloomsburg at home
April 25 vs. Young Alumni at home
All of that being said, below are TWO SIGNIFICANT DATES FOR YOUR CALENDARS!!
The schedule for the weekend is as follows:
Thursday 4/25 Current Team vs. Young Alumni/7:30 p.m. kickoff
Friday 4/26 GOLF DAY with post-golf gathering at Towne Tavern
Saturday 4/27 come and go as you want brunch to end the weekend
Please keep an eye out for the registration information and instructions, which will follow very soon.
We will continue to be in touch about both of these huge events for Bucknell Men’s Soccer- March 26th, One Herd One Day, and April 26th, the Annual Alumni Golf Event, but please do mark your calendars for both events now!
