NEW YORK CITY, N.Y./BLOOMSBURG, Pa.- Bucknell (8-12) completed the regular season on Sunday by splitting duals at Columbia (11-3) and Bloomsburg (10-18). Columbia handled the Bison 30-6 and Bucknell rebounded to collar the Huskies 34-9 in the I-80 Fight.
Columbia Recap
The Lions started fast and never let up in their 30-6 dismantling of the Bison. Four Lions scored bonus points and a medical forfeit gave Columbia another six points. Bucknell claimed two ranked wins.
No. 29 Dylan Chappell (141) upset No. 21 Lorenzo Frezza in a high-flying 14-10 decision to temporarily stymie Columbia's streak. The Bison grappler built a 12-4 advantage with a sequence right before the second period ended. Chappell had to hold on as Frezza made a frantic late run and almost tied the bout.

He and No. 32 Jack Wehmeyer stalemated each other for the entire bout. Bechtold is rounding into solid form with the upcoming EIWA Championships.
Columbia won the first two matches at 125 and 133 in a major decision and decision to build a 7-0 lead.
