Men's Track & Field Positioned Fourth After Day One of Colonial Relays

WILLIAMSBURG, Va.- Bucknell men's track & field sits fourth after the first day of the Colonial Relays. The Bison, while not recording an event win, made multiple appearances in the top ten.Â
Results
One week after breaking into the Bucknell top ten list for the 110-meter hurdles, freshman Ethan Knight performed the trick for the 400-meter variety. The rookie speedster notched a seventh-place time of 53.63. His mark sits eighth all-time in Bucknell history, as Knight became the first runner since 2021 (Brendan Bodisch) to enter the list.Â
JP Byrnes grabbed second place in the 800-meter run, racing 1:55.09.
Mason Siebenhaar capped the night. recording third place in the 10,000-meter run. The headband wearer logged 30:54.76.
Tristan An cleared 6-7.50 in the high jump, finishing third.Â
Freshman Willem Masyra made noise in the javelin throw, tossing the weapon 57.67m (189-2.25), winning bronze.Â
Ethan Pratt-Perez obtained fourth place (9:21.67) in the 3000-meter steeplechase. Henry Didden followed in his fellow distance runner's footsteps grabbing fourth (14:21.26) in the 5000-meter run.Â
Aiden Tacker earned fourth place 53m (173-11) in the hammer throw. The competition was the only event scheduled for Thursday.Â
Joshua Tipton placed seventh in the long jump. The sophomore posted a 22-4 mark.Â
Preston Lubeski finished tenth (48.95) in the 400-meter dash.Â
The Colonial Relays concludes tomorrow.Â
