Didden's Victory in the 5000-Meter Run Headlines Bison Men's Results at ECAC/IC4A Indoor Championships

BOSTON, Mass.- The Bucknell men's track & field squad sent selected members to the annual ECAC/IC4A Indoor Championships and collected some notable individual results including an event victory. The Bison finished 16th out of 26 teams.

Results

Henry Didden led the collective of four Bison in the 5000-meter run and unlocked Bucknell's 13th gold medal at the IC4A Championships. It marked the second straight year that Bucknell won gold at the competition. Didden raced 14:25.52 and edged the second-place finisher Henry Haase of Richmond by 0.15 seconds.

Grayson Crockett concluded his indoor career winning bronze in the 5000-meter run. The senior ran 14:28.83 to medal and receive All-East honors along with Didden.

Two other Bison competed in the 5000-meter run and established themselves in solid finishes. Grant Kern placed 12th (14:54.79) and Mason Siebenhaar finished 13th (15:00.12).

Colby Belczyk, last year's IC4A winner in the 500-meter dash, raced in the 800-meter run instead and placed 32nd logging a time of 1:57.28.

Bucknell will start outdoor action on March 22 at the Shippensburg Quad meet.
