Men's Soccer's Match Against Binghamton Declared a "No Contest" Due to Field Conditions

LEWISBURG, Pa. - The Bucknell men's soccer team's match against Binghamton was declared a "no contest" after deteriorating field conditions due to weather on Tuesday night at Emmitt Field. The match will not be resumed or rescheduled.
The match just entered the 60th minute when the game was called while the score was 0-0. Bucknell out-shot Binghamton 8-2 up to that point in the match and Freddie Lapworth did not see any shots on target.
Due to the match being declared a "no contest," statistics will not be counted towards either side.
Bucknell is back in action on Saturday at Holy Cross for a 4 p.m. kickoff at Linda Johnson Smith Soccer Stadium.
