Bucknell Football to Host Gridiron Club Preseason Reception Monday at Bull Run Tap House

LEWISBURG, Pa. – Bucknell football head coach Dave Cecchini and select student-athletes will be featured at the Gridiron Club Preseason Reception at Bull Run Tap House in downtown Lewisburg at noon on Monday, Aug. 26.
The reception kicks off the first game week of the season, as the Bison open the 2024 campaign on the road at Navy on Saturday, Aug. 31. Cecchini and members of the Bucknell team will be available for questions, and several door prizes, ranging from game tickets to apparel, will be raffled off. The event is open to all, with admission prices of $15 for current Bison Club and Gridiron Club members, and $20 for the general public. The preseason reception replaces the regular Gridiron Club Luncheons that have taken place during the season in past years.
The Gridiron Club is the backbone of support for Bucknell Football, and all donations count as Bison Club membership dollar-for-dollar. Alumni, families, and community members are invited and encouraged to show their support for the Bison by making a meaningful investment in the program and its student-athletes by joining the Gridiron Club.
