Noah Williamson Named to Patriot League All-Tournament Team

LEWISBURG, Pa. – Bucknell sophomore center Noah Williamson was one of seven players named to the PenFed Credit Union Patriot League All-Tournament Team late Wednesday night. Williamson, who had two impressive postseason performances against American in the quarterfinals and Colgate in the semifinals, was the lone player not from one of the finalists to make the squad.
Colgate's Braeden Smith was named Tournament MVP after leading the Raiders to the championship, and he was joined on the All-Tournament Team by teammates Jeff Woodward, Keegan Records, and Brady Cummins. Tyler Whitney-Sidney and Cam Gillus represented runner-up Lehigh, while Williamson made the team after helping the Bison to a quarterfinal win over American and a narrow three-point loss to Colgate in the semis.
Williamson notched 23 points and 10 rebounds against American and then had 19 and 8 against Colgate. In the two tourney games, he went 14-for-27 (.519) from the field and 6-for-12 (.500) from the 3-point arc, including a career-high four threes against Colgate.
After playing only 86 minutes as a freshman in 2022-23, the Riga, Latvia native broke out as a sophomore, earning Third Team All-Patriot League honors. Williamson averaged 12.3 points and 6.4 rebounds per game while shooting 49.5 percent from the field.
