• Bucknell romped 35-9 over Kent State at Maryland last Sunday. The Bison rolled to a 20-0 lead before the Golden Flashes recorded a win.Â
• The Bison supplied a 15-0 run after Kent State scored six points to put the dual to bed.Â
• Maryland easily handled the Bison jumping to a 18-8 advantage and never looking back.Â
• Dillon Bechtold (197), Dylan Chappell (141), and Myles Takats (174), headlined the Bison effort by delivering 2-0 days.
Scouting Morgan State/Series History
• Morgan State enters Sunday seeking its first dual. The Bears will play Glenville State before facing the Bison.Â
• This is the Bears's first dual as an EIWA member. Morgan State joined the association as its 12th team after the Ivy League schools departed.Â
• Morgan State is in its second year of competition after a 25-year hiatus. The newly-reinstated program is under the leadership of head coach Kenny Monday and are only the HBCU with Division I wrestling.Â
• Bucknell and Morgan State are meeting for the second time since 1973. The Bison claimed a 33-9 victory in the only match-up between the two teams and defeated MSU 41-9 last year at Davis Gym.Â
