LEWISBURG, Pa. – No need to adjust your monitors, welcome to the newly redesigned BucknellBison.com!
Bucknell Athletics, in partnership with industry leader SIDEARM Sports, is proud to present a refreshed website that will continue to deliver all the latest news and features, while focusing on what it means to be a Bison student-athlete and our rich athletics history and tradition.
"Our overarching goal with the redesign was to put a spotlight on the student-athlete experience at Bucknell," said Joel Moersch, senior associate athletic director. "In addition to promoting our standard of academic and athletic excellence in Lewisburg, we focused on highlighting our rallying cry of 'ray Bucknell, which unites Bucknellians around the world."
Using SIDEARM's "NextGen" technology, the site features a responsive layout that is friendly for mobile users on the go as well as those browsing from a desktop at home or from the office. While the look of the site is new, users can still find the trusted content upon which they have come to rely: team schedules, rosters, stats, photo galleries, written and video features, free audio streaming of football and basketball games, and much more.
Fans can easily navigate from the website to the Bison Athletics social media channels, visit our online ticket office, and check out our "Drive for Five" fundraising page. Young fans can visit the Kids' Corner to register for the Junior Bison Club.
Bison fans are also encouraged to download the official Bucknell Athletics app, which provides yet another mobile-friendly way to follow the Bison.
"Throughout the process, we looked at several of our peer institutions' websites and industry trends at the power five level, and focused on making the site as clean and user-friendly as possible," added Moersch. "We appreciate our collaboration with SIDEARM as they continue to lead the industry in innovative digital technology."
