Men's Lacrosse Lands 33 Student-Athletes on PL Academic Honor Roll

LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Bucknell men's lacrosse team landed 33 student-athletes on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll, the league office announced Tuesday. The Bison have had 30 or more honorees in three of the last four years.
Patriot League student-athletes are selected to the academic honor roll for achieving a 3.2 grade-point average (GPA) or better during the semester in which their league champion is crowned. Bucknell as a whole recorded a league-high 517 student-athletes on the academic honor roll in 2022-23, including 341 during the winter-spring season.
It was a strong semester for the men's lacrosse program, as it achieved a 3.45 team GPA and saw 29 student-athletes earn Dean's List status with a GPA of 3.5 or higher. Additionally, eight earned a perfect 4.0: Ryan Caione, Louie Germain, Duncan Hill, Grant Malas, Jack Morvillo, Rich O'Halloran, Griffin Shaffer and Andrew Stanzel.
Seniors Jack Feda, Conor McCusker, Andrew Stanzel, Jack Billitier, Brian Miller, Daniel Parson, Hank Bethel and C.J. Baroni earned spots on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll each year of their careers. Stanzel was voted to the Academic All-Patriot League Team in May.
