
Feeney Earns Fifth in Hammer Throw at the IC4A Championships

FAIRFAX, Va.- The three-day IC4A Championships kicked off on Friday with a single event: the men's hammer throw. Robert Feeney represented Bucknell well in the event and delivered a masterful performance finishing fifth on a toss of 185-0 to earn four points for the Bison.
Results
"It was a great way for Robert to finish his track & field career at Bucknell by finishing fifth in the IC4A Hammer and earning All-East honors," said head coach Kevin Donner. "He is graduating this weekend after three years and will be attending Notre Dame for graduate school while competing for their track & field program."
Two additional Bison competed in the hammer throw. Aiden Tacker finished 18th on a throw of 166-06 and Dariel Guzman grabbed 21st on a heave of 154-10.
The rest of the qualifying Bison will participate in the meet after the next two days.
