Softball Doubleheader with St. John's Cancelled Due to Weather

LEWISBURG, Pa.- In a repeat of an unfortunate recurring trend this season, due to inclement weather, the Bucknell Bison softball team announces that the Saturday doubleheader with St. John's has been cancelled. The Bison have cancelled nine games this season due to weather.Â
This development leaves three games left on the schedule: the season finale with Lafayette on May 6 & 7. If the Bison sweep the Lepoards and with some assistance from Patriot League foes, Bucknell will clinch a seed in the Patriot League Tournament.Â
Bucknell softball will celebrate Senior Day during the weekend.Â
