"I was very proud to see both our men and women win the meet," said Head Coach Kevin Donner. "Our men are very deep, and it showed today. Noah and Dom ran great races, and their times are very good on a challenging course. It's also great to see Ally Clarke back in action after being sick a couple of times since mid-September. This meet also helps solidify a 12-person Patriot League lineup for October 31, so there was a lot at stake."
Allyson Clarke took runner-up honors in the field of 37 for Bucknell's best individual performance of the day (23:11.02), finishing just under a second behind Nancy Habib of Seton Hall (23:10.21). Clarke led a group of four Bison who placed in the top ten, with Laura Sakol (4th, 23:19.32), Keeley Misutka (5th, 23:27.12), and Jamie Falla (8th, 24:07.66) each posting strong performances for Bucknell on Saturday.
Hollie Walters (15th, 24:48.37) and Kera Reinhard (16th, 24:51. 89) concluded Bucknell's scoring runners on Saturday.
Also competing for the Bison were Margaret McLoughlin, Eva Lindner, Meghan Smith, and Samantha Killiany.
Bucknell will now look ahead to the Patriot League Championships scheduled for October 31 at Lehigh.
