2019-20 SCHEDULE (Including game times)
LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Bucknell men's basketball team has added six more television dates to its 2019-20 schedule, including three regular-season contests slated for the Patriot League's package on CBS Sports Network and three more set to air on WQMY-TV in Northeast Pennsylvania.
The Patriot League announced its CBS Sports Network schedule on Thursday, and Bucknell will appear at least three times: Jan. 20 at Colgate, Feb. 3 at home against Lafayette, and Feb. 17 at Holy Cross. All three of those dates are Monday-evening games at 7 p.m.
There will also be two late-season "flex" games, on Sunday, Feb. 23 and Saturday, Feb. 29. The selection of the flex contests will be made no later than 10 days before the competition date. Bucknell is on the road on both of those dates, at Lehigh on Feb. 23 and Boston University on Feb. 26.
Once again this season, both Patriot League Tournament semifinal games (March 8) and the Patriot League championship game (March 11) will air on CBS SN.
CBS SN is widely available through all major cable, satellite and telco distributors as well as via OTT streaming service providers YouTube TV, fuboTV and Hulu. Additionally, a live CBS Sports Network stream is available through CBSSports.com and the CBS Sports App by authenticating with select providers.
Bucknell Athletics and its multimedia rights holder, Learfield's Bucknell Sports Properties, announced the return for a third season of a regional television partnership with WQMY-TV. This year's slate includes the Nov. 10 game against Vermont, the Jan. 18 game against Lehigh, and the Feb. 1 game against Boston University.
In addition, all four of Bucknell's games as part of the NIT Season Tip-Off will be televised. The Nov. 19 game at Penn State will air on the Big Ten Network; the Nov. 23 game at Syracuse can be seen on the ACC Network; and both of the team's games in Orlando on Nov. 25 and 26 will be on ESPNU.
Still to be announced are additional over-the-air television opportunities through Stadium TV.
Every Bison home game, and every Patriot League game home and away (except those airing on CBS Sports Network) will stream live on the Patriot League Network at PatriotLeague.tv.
Bucknell has captured five straight, and eight of the last nine, Patriot League regular-season championships. The Bison finished 21-12 overall and 13-5 in league play last season. The 2019-20 season tips off on Nov. 5 at Fairfield at 7 p.m.
