Bucknell Men's Basketball Golf Outing Set for Sept. 7

LEWISBURG, Pa. – Alumni, fans and friends of the program are welcome to attend the Bucknell men's basketball team's golf outing, set for Friday, Sept. 7 at the Bucknell Golf Course.
The golf tournament begins with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. The entry fee includes 18 holes of golf, a golf cart, lunch, dinner, refreshments and a gift package. The format is a four-person scramble, and prizes will awarded to the top teams and to the winners of specialty contests.
Following the golf tournament, dinner will be held at 5 p.m. in the Langone Center's Terrace Room. Attendees will be treated to an awards ceremony, a raffle and a live auction.
That same weekend, the fourth-annual Friends of Bison Basketball Dinner will be held on Saturday, Sept. 8 at 7 p.m. The guest speaker will be Bucknell Athletics Hall of Famer and former Russian National Team member J.R. Holden '98. More information will follow about this event.
