Sacco Posts Singles Win in Bucknell's 6-1 Loss at Drexel

PHILADELPHIA – Sophomore Colin Sacco had the lone win of the day for Bucknell men's tennis as it dropped an away match against Drexel 6-1 on Sunday at the Hecht/Hamlin Tennis Center.
Sacco won his match on court six in straight sets, beating Xandy Hammitt 6-3, 6-3. It was Sacco's third win of the spring season and his 12th during the 2017-18 fall and spring seasons combined.
Drexel improved to 7-5 with its third win in its past four matches. Bucknell's record dipped to 2-9.
The Bison will travel to California for five matches on March 11-14. They will play matches against UC San Diego, UC Riverside, Point Loma Nazarene, Cypress College, and Pepperdine.
