
Men's Tennis Closes Weekend Road Trip with Loss at Cleveland State

CLEVELAND -- The Bucknell men's tennis team closed its four-match weekend road trip with a 7-0 loss to Cleveland State on Sunday at the Medical Mutual Tennis Pavilion. The Vikings, who added a shutout over John Carroll later in the day, are now 7-4, while the Bison dipped to 1-7.
Juniors Max McDonald and Andrei Vitiuc had a chance to pick up a win in doubles on court three, but the match went unfinished after Cleveland State clinched the doubles point. They were tied 4-4 with Jack Santilli and Matthew Terry when the contest was halted.
The Bison will are now off until Sunday, Feb. 25, when they will travel to play Delaware at 3 p.m. The match will be played at the DuPont Country Club in Wilmington, Delaware.
