Men's Water Polo Announces Six-Person Recruiting Class

LEWISBURG, Pa. – The newest members of the Bucknell men's water polo program were announced by Bison head coach John McBride on Tuesday. The sixth-year head coach will welcome six members of the Bucknell Class of 2020 to the team. The newcomers come from four different states and there is one member of the class from Serbia.
“This class is full of talented water polo players,” said McBride, who ranks third in program history with 81 victories. “I expect members of this class to push the veterans for playing time as we transition to a new league format this coming fall. I can't wait for practice to start in August.”
Bucknell finished the 2015 season with an 18-13 record and placed sixth at the CWPA Championship. It was the most wins for the Bison since 2007 and they finished the season ranked 20th nationally.

Cullen Jacuzzi (Orinda, Calif./Campolindo) – Cullen Jacuzzi … born Aug. 3, 1998 in Denver, Colorado … son of Marc and Kaye Jacuzzi … member of water polo and swimming teams at Campolindo High School … two-time DFAL All-League selection in water polo … two-year member of the ODP Pacific Zone Team … also spent a year on the ODP Central/Pacific Zone Team … team co-captain as a senior … led team to North Coast Section Championship as a senior, scoring winning goal against a previously undefeated team … starter on team that made North Coast Section championship game as a junior … member of 2013 North Coast Section championship team … played with 680 Drivers Water Polo Club … has two younger siblings, Aidan and Ava.
Rade Joksimovic (Novi Sad, Serbia/Gimnazija Jovan Jovanovic Zmaj) – Rade Joksimovic … born July 11, 1996 in Novi Sad, Serbia … son of Jadranka and the late Darko … has two older siblings, a sister, Ines, and a brother, Nikola … member of the Serbian National Team for six years … helped team to first-place finishes at international tournaments in Montenegro and Australia … also captured first place in International Club Tournament in Serbia … team finished in second place at Serbian National Championship and international tournaments in Turkey, Malta and Hungary … attended Gimnazija Jovan Javanovic Zmaj for high school … spent senior year of high school at Druga Kragujevacka Gimnazija.
