Lupica Qualifies for 110H Finals at IC4A Championships

PRINCETON, N.J. – Christian Lupica will vie for an IC4A title on Sunday after advancing past two rounds of the 110-meter hurdles on Saturday on the second day of competition at Princeton's Weaver Stadium.
Lupica, who finished second in the event last season, made his way through the preliminary round with a fourth-place finish, crossing the line in 14.43 seconds. He concluded the day with a sixth-place finish in the semifinals with a time of 14.06.
The finals of the 110-meter hurdles are scheduled for 12:40 p.m. on Sunday.
Freshman Nicholas Lombardo took 13th in the triple jump with a leap of 22-2 ¼.
