Bucknell Baseball and Softball Home Broadcast Schedule

LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Bucknell softball team is scheduled to open Patriot League play at home this weekend against Lafayette and that series will also mark the first audio broadcasts of the spring season for the Bison Sports Network. All home Patriot League games for the Bucknell baseball and softball teams will be broadcast live on WVBU 90.5 FM and BucknellBison.com.
A total of 17 games spread over 10 dates will be broadcast. The schedule includes softball series against Lafayette (March 21-22), Colgate (March 28-29) and Boston U. (May 2-3) and baseball series against Army (April 11-12) and Lafayette (April 18-19).
This weekend's games against Lafayette are the first home contests of the season for the softball team, which is 16-10 on the year. The Bison will play their next eight in a row at Becker Field.
The baseball team opened a seven-game homestand on Tuesday against Saint Joseph's and will host Cornell in a four-game series this weekend. It will begin Patriot League play on the road at Navy next weekend (March 28-29).
