Bucknell Men's & Women's Basketball to Have Games on CBS Sports Network in 2015

LEWISBURG, Pa. – The Patriot League announced its CBS Sports Network television schedule on Thursday, and the Bucknell men's and women's teams will be involved in a unique TV doubleheader against Army on Sunday, Feb. 15. The Bison-Black Knights women's game will air live on CBS SN from Sojka Pavilion at 2 p.m., and then the Bucknell-Army men's contest at West Point's Christl Arena will immediately follow at 4 p.m.
Those are two of the 17 Patriot League hoops games that will air on CBS Sports Network this season. The Bucknell men's team is also slated for a home TV appearance on Sunday, Feb. 8 against Holy Cross at 2 p.m.
The Patriot League men's championship game will be televised on CBS Sports Network for the fourth year in a row on Wednesday, March 11 at 7:30 p.m., with the women's title game set to be aired for the sixth straight season on Saturday, March 14 at 6 p.m. In addition, CBS Sports Network will air both men's semifinal games on Sunday, March 8 at 2 and 4 p.m.
Twelve Patriot League men's basketball contests will air on CBS Sports Network during the regular season, with the return of flex scheduling for the games on the final two weekends. The coverage begins with a rivalry matchup as Navy visits Army on Jan. 10 at noon.
The first men's basketball flex game tips off on Feb. 22 at noon, with another flex slot for the last day of the regular season on Feb. 28 at noon. The selection of the flex contests will be made no later than 10 days prior to each of the competition dates. All of the Patriot League games will be eligible for the broadcast windows on Feb. 22 and 28.
In addition to the Patriot League television opportunities, the Bucknell men's team's Nov. 20 game at Villanova as part of the Legends Classic will air on CBS Sports Network. Other possible television dates will be announced in the coming weeks.
The Bucknell men's non-league schedule was released last month, and the highlights include a home game with Penn State on Nov. 28 as well as trips to Michigan, Villanova and Wake Forest.
The women's non-league schedule will be announced soon.
