Payment Methods
Bucknell accepts several methods of payment to accommodate your needs, including:

Pricing and Availability
Bucknell sells tickets on behalf of the university Athletics Department, promoters, teams and bands, which means with the exception of university sponsored events, the box office generally does not set the ticket prices or determine seating locations. Tickets are generally sold through several distribution points, including online, call center, and the box office. All distribution points access the same ticketing system and inventory; therefore, preferred seating for popular events may be allocated quickly.
Service Charges, Handling, Facility and or Parking Fees
Tickets purchased through the Internet or call center are subject to a per ticket service charge and a non-refundable per order processing fee.
Billing and Ticket Limits
All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification. We can only ship your tickets to your billing address. Please adhere to published ticket limits. Orders exceeding the ticket limit will be canceled without notice. This includes duplicate orders having the same name, billing address or credit card.

Will Call
To pick up your tickets at will call, present the credit card used for the purchase and PHOTO ID. Will call delivery is only available to US and Canadian customers placing orders within ten days of the event's date.
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the promoter, team, band or venue due to weather conditions or situations affecting the staff or audience. When this occurs, Bucknell will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of the ticket price if you are unable to attend the rescheduled event. If an event is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund.
