LEWISBURG, Pa. - For the fourth consecutive year, Bucknell women's cross country paced the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll with 29 honorees, the league announced on Wednesday. Four Bison finished the fall semester with perfect 4.0 grade-point averages, including Kelly Grosskurth (Huntington Station, N.Y./Half Hallow Hills East), Kelsey Kodak (Hershey, Pa./Hershey), Caroline Tolli (Lockport, N.Y./Lockport) and Kate VanNess (Alexandria, Ohio/Granville).
The Bison's 29 student-athletes on the honor roll were nearly double the total of the next closest Patriot League schools. Holy Cross and Navy each had 15 selections. The Patriot League recognized a total of 107 women's cross country student-athletes for their academic success during the fall.
Tolli's honor was her second of the season. The junior, who is majoring in education, was also named to the Academic All-Patriot League Team during the cross country season.
