LEWISBURG, Pa. -- The start time for the Jan. 5 Bucknell-Missouri men's basketball game at Mizzou Arena has changed to 4 p.m. Eastern (3 p.m. Central in Missouri), and the game will be televised on Fox Sports Midwest.
A sellout crowd is expected for the first-ever meeting between the Bison and Tigers, who are in their first year in the Southeastern Conference. Missouri is currently 10-1 on the season and is ranked No. 7 in the Associated Press poll and No. 9 in the USA Today coaches' poll. The Tigers play at UCLA on Friday night at 10 p.m. on ESPN2.
For the Bison, the Missouri game will put a cap on a four-game road trip, and it will be the final non-conference game of the regular season. Bucknell, 11-2 on the season, plays at Loyola (Md.) on Friday night and then travels to Cornell on Jan. 2 before heading to Missouri. Patriot League play begins on Jan. 12, with Bucknell hosting Army.
